From the moment you walk in you're made to feel at ease, lovely atmosphere and staff are all so friendly. Been years since I'd had a piercing and after a couple of not great experiences elsewhere I was a little apprehensive. I've never known a piercer take so much time talking you through the process, Matt's knowledge, passion and expertise and more importantly his care for his clients wellbeing are evident in every conversation. I had a fantastic experience and got exactly what I had hoped for in every way. I've left it a week before doing a review as I wanted to see how my healing was progressing and so far not a single issue and I really do think a huge part of that is because Matt makes sure you're picking the right jewellery and his placement of the jewellery to minimise any potential issues.
