I had a great time getting a navel piercing with Matt. I got to see the entire cleaning and sterilisation process of the jewellery. There’s loads of time for questions and concerns. I felt comfortable the entire time, anatomy and placement checks went smoothly. Aftercare was explained well. Now I have a cool piercing that looks amazing. I would 100% come back in the future.

Went in today for an eyebrow piercing and received the most friendly, attentive and professional service. The shop itself is beautifully decorated and very clean, and all of the staff are very welcoming and polite and have great conversational skills. Matt clearly has a great depth of knowledge in his profession and provided me with plenty of detailed, interesting and useful information. I’m very happy with my piercing, it looks fantastic, the needle piercing itself was quick and seamless, and Matt ensured I was comfortable throughout. This was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend to anybody who asked!
